After much deliberation managed to get my bottom into gear and book an appointment. Excited but just wanted to know what the etiquette is with regards to tips and what to expect.. TIA x

Expect to be there for at least twice as long as you would for a normal hair cut.

I had a bad experience there, but it was quite a long time ago, so I imagine things are different!

I've had a few lovely cuts but it takes ages and you need to be prepared to do something quite drastic - don't think I ever tipped as I went to save money and it was £4.
