Konjac sponge

Which cleansers do you use with your konjac sponge?

I quite like the jelly-ish sponge feel but it makes micellar water foam and my other cleansers are hot cloth ones.

What's the perfect cleanser to use with a konjac sponge?

I thought the whole point was that you don't use a cleanser with them, just water?

I use a melting gel cleanser with it. It did foam a bit.

I don't get the hype really. It does feel satisfying but I'm just as happy with a flannel.
