Blazer-shaped jacket - outerwear not indoor wear

I'm looking for a blazer type jacket.

Cord or some other semi-substantial material.

Long enough to definitely be below my jeans waistband. (lower hip length rather than hipbone length)

One that looks like a JACKET, for wearing outdoors, over your other clothes.

I realise it might be the wrong time of year, but has anyone seen one?

Place marking as I cannot find one anywhere either sorry no help

Uniqlo had blazer jackets (longer than hip length) the grey was nice, the black one looked a bit shiney

I tried a couple of black/white marl in Matalan but they were too baggy round my bust.

I tried a 16 in H&M (grey jersey with striped lining) didn't fit (I'm a 14-16 usually) so I'd need the 18 there

I saw a long, camel coloured coat (press stud not buttons so nice clean lines) no faffy frilly bits .
£28ish. In Primark.
Tried on the 16. Huge.
Tried on the 14. Huge.
Tried on the 12. Fit.

Looked in the mirror (though the look on DH,DD and Ds faces was enough)
i looked like DelBoy Trotter .

Still looking.

I have several in cord and velvet from Boden but they only have tweed jackets this year.

This in Uniqlo would be nice if it weren't only available in lemon yellow XS.
