Collection concealer! Thanks for the recommendation Mumsnetters!

I read all the concealer reviews on here as I was sick of spending £17.50 on Benefit Boing which just doesn't last long! I went for Collection Lasting perfection and I love it thank you! Great coverage, long lasting, shade 3 is perfect for my light-olive skin, total bargain at 1.99! It's quite matt though so maybe not great if you have drier skin.

Bought a Mascara of theirs too as only 1.99 as well, the pink volume one, it's ok, not amazing but better than others that I've had at nearly 10 times the price!

The shade I need has sold out everywhere thanks to Sali Hughes recommending this in the guardian a couple of weeks ago... Grrr.

I don't think you can blame Sali Hughes - my friend was over from the US a couple of weeks ago and her teenage DDs spent a lot of time tracking it down!

It's amazing isn't it? I'm a makeup addict and in between all my Chanel, Tom Ford etc is my trusty Collection Concealer. Incredibly similar to Nars but £20 less expensive.

Which one is it? I bought one today with a brush tip, it was 4.99. Not tried it yet. Think it was illuminating something? is that the right one?!

If you use a concealer brush with the Collection one it covers better. I use the Max Factor yellow CC followed by the Collection concealer.

The only problem is that the print rubs off the tube and it can leak a bit. You can buy it in Supedrug and Boots. It used to be called Collection 2000. Now it's just Collection.

The concealer has been out of stock for ages, don't think it's the Sali Hughes effect. I phoned Collection HQ a while ago and they told me there was a delay with their Chinese supplier. They sent me a free concealer to tide me over which was lovely of them.
