Can anyone talk me through measuring myself for a bra?

I've always just tried on loads of random bras and bought whichever fits best. It takes a bloody long time though as I have no idea of size!
I know there's a good bra thread on here somewhere, could anyone link me to it please?!

Okay, I measure 33 under bust and 40 over the fullest part.
So do I go with a 32FF?

32F or FF would be a good starting point, yes. Smile Not M&S, their sizing is usually off...

Well FF and also F were too big (that guide can't be very accurate!) but have settled with a 32E which seems better.
