I wasn't sure whether to post this in S&B or health, apologies if it's in the wrong place!
I'm 47, slim ( size 6-8) exercise regularly, I do Jillian Michaels mostly but have also restarted kettle bells. My legs are slim and mostly toned, but today when in a shop changing room I noticed a real increase in cellulite on the old bum, top if thigh area.
Can I do anything about this? Or is it an age thing?
If anyone has any tips/success stories I'd be very grateful if you could share them with me!
