Everything is black, white or taupe except one item which is lime green.

I pair of sandals white (flat, everyday), one pair taupe (medium heeled, dressy). Other shoes don't reveal any toes.

Am about 50, but not afraid of colour and fun.

So: taupe toes, lime green toes or a different colour (what?)

Would second the Essie Meet me at Sunset. I've used it a lot in summer (and winter) for my toes. It goes with all neutrals and even clashes pleasantly with hot pink... would probably look good with lime too,

Coastingit, you asked about my colouring and style. I've got ginger hair, freckles and quite a warm skin tone and my general style is all over the place, but everything I'm taking with me this time is quite simple and classic (capris, t-shirts, white shirts) except for one rather quirky skirt - it's hard to describe, an unusual drapey shape.

I'm definitely leaning towards the coral at the moment as such a lot of people seem to agree about it and I've already got some that lasts well.

I like quite dark nails (but that may just be my colouring - I'm cool toned although do tan well). My favourites are Shellac Fedora (a bit of a Rouge Noir colour), but also like Navy colours, or really bright fuchsia pinks. Could never wear coral.

I'd go grey or lilac

Purple! A beautiful, rich one like Essie's "Sexy Divide".
