Help I bought jeans their wrong size

2 days ago I bought jeans from new look- UK size 12, I was wondering why they where so big & kept falling down all night, I washed them & turned them outside to dry & the waste band label says size UK12 but the label in the leg says size uk14! I still have the receipt but as I've washed them will they change them for another size? As it wasn't my fault, the label says size 12 ? Help

Take them back and show them the label. They will refund or exchange.

They should exchange them because they have labeled them incorrectly. You went with the size on the waistband when you bought them as most people would have done. I would explain it to them the way you have to is and they should let you exchange them.
