Jacket with elbow patches

Hi

I must admit at once that I am a college lecturer, and as such, I must of course wear jackets with elbow patches.

I just can't find any in the shops at the moment that aren't brown based. I want one that is black, grey, or blue based. Anyone seen any?

Joules had a blue one, tweedy but soft slightly stretchy fabric, it was really lovely, but didn't get it as didn't actually need it. Saw it a few months ago, probably spring stock but you might be able to find it still.

Might be the wrong time of year but have seen loads in Zara previously.

OOh, I would like one of these too!

I love it, but I have a big bum and am worried that the cut would make it look bigger - what do you think?

Could some kind sole tell me about sizing with Joules?
I'm 5'11", size 12 with long arms, legs etc.
I love the look of these jackets, but don't want to be disappointed yet again due to body length and arm length. TIA

Yes thats the one. I think the sizing was slightly on the snug side. I'm 5'4, short waisted, and am usually an 18, but would size up for this as it was a bit tight round the bust.
Saythatagain, it might come up a bit short on you, as the proportions were right on me, but it might be worth trying, its such a lovely jacket, and now it's on sale- am tempted !

I bought this in the sale recently - I'm 5 foot 7 and just right on arm length . It's lovely and very easy to wear and comfortable - low stock on line but worth in the shops if you have one near you . Try it - you can always return it !

The navy one has arrived and is fabulous. Just have to stop myself ordering the brown one too.

I waited and finally managed to get one in my size in the navy. It is lovely! The stretchy fabric is so comfy.
I am five foot five and the arms are a little long on me, but the length of the jacket is fine. I am usually a 14 but ordered a 16 as that's all that they had in stock, and the 16 is a good fit.
Like curtains I just have to stop myself from ordering one in the chambray now!!
