Cheap but smartish-looking shoes for children?

We have a wedding to go to in August, and the DD's don't have any suitable footwear. They have sandals, but they are more of the sporty, outdoorsy, scruffy variety.

I want to spend as little as possible, ideally on something they will still be able to be comfortable and run around in on the day.

DC1's dress is white with multicoloured flowers like this

DC2's dress is cream with red and green poppies (can't find a picture of it).

I don't really like ballet flats or open toes for them, as they are only little, and a bit clumsy. I'd be happy for DD1's shoes to be any colour in her dress, so plenty of scope. DD2 maybe red or gold shoes.

Does anyone have any advice of places to look, and possible styles?

Next, accessorise/monsoon, John Lewis, Jones the bookmaker.

Next looks ideal! I didn't even realise they sold shoes.
