Is a face lift the only option?

I really want to have a defined jawline again and minimise the onset of the double chin. I am 51 - is a face lift the only thing that would be able to do this? Any advice gratefully received!

I'm trained in non surgical facelift and tbh really not worth your time and money.

Works for me. Definitely worth the effort if you do it every day.

Get what is it you do? Face exercises cost me nothing.

Get are you talking about fillers in various places or the treatments like thermage, ultherapy?

I'm hoping I can afford a thread lift, at the end of the year.

The Nurse that I use for chemical peels, has been doing them for a year. The threads do dissolve and last around three years. You need fat in your cheeks, for them to look natural/ work well.

I'm doing the facial exercises, meanwhile. My jaw looks slightly better and my skin looks more "alive".

The treatments. Personally I think the thread lift is the best. Start with filler and you can go on forever also it's sometimes hard to keep the symmetrical look to your face. But it's personal preference I just find the treatments have very little effect with a short term outcome.
