Random oil pulling question

I've just started oil pulling with coconut oil but just wondered if I could ask what people go with the oil they spit out, I don't want to spit it down the sink as it'll solidify either in our system or in the sewers, and slitting in the bin seemed REALLY weird!?

Plastic party type cup, then put that into the bin, a tissue just doesn't hold it all.

Well if everyone else is just spitting into the bin I'll continue doing that! Thanks for the replies, glad to hear I'm not missing something :)
