An alternative to LRP Effaclar Duo ?

Can anyone suggest an alternative to LRP Effaclar Duo for stubborn spots please ? DD's wedding is an a couple of weeks and the Effaclar isn't working anymore. Thanks.

Deep cleansing mask - Body Shop blue corn one is good.

Freederm dabbed onto spots.

Paula's Choice 2% Bha lotion, Vichy Hyulaspot spot treatment works very well on the spot itself.

After cleansing, wipe face with clearasil pads then put on the effaclar duo. Then cut up tiny pieces of a clearasil pad to dab on spot now and then.

Although I have never used it the origins spot stuff is meant to be really good it comes in a blue bottle.
