Orange and what I would call wine or maroon perhaps.
The orange (blouse) is quite bright and patterned, with wine coloured skinnies.

Yay or nay?

No way of knowing without seeing both.

Sometimes things that shouldn't work together do, depends on colour, texture, fit.
