Red Hair Dye for Dark Brown Hair?

Could anyone recommend a red hair dye that will show on my dark brown hair?

I go through all the faff off home dying, only to find that it makes not one jot of difference to my hair colour!

So, anyone know of a brand of hair dye which shows on dark brown hair?

It depends how bright you want to go, I used Schwartz live colour on my fairly dark brown hair and it was really bright, I think the shade was called red planet although it was a while ago and I dont know it that should have changed by now

I want it to be noticeable, like a nice deep red colour.

I might have a look at Schwartz and see what colours they do.
