Do they actually make a difference?! Can anyone recommend one please? Am hoping to get one on the Amazon Prime day tomorrow...

It's v. good - my hair is the type that always looks a mess, but with this it's smoother and tidier even when I just blast dry. Don't pay full price though, Boots often have it on offer for half price.
