Help dress me please!

Off on a staff night out this Friday night (teacher) so pretty informal. I have this dress (see pic) and am wondering how to wear it, whether to put leggings with it, I want to avoid my usual Birkenstock natural leather sandals and buy something else. Maybe a cardigan too - something fine knit?! Not sure though! Am. Clueless.

No to the leggings - I'd do bare legs self tanned or nude tights. i personally would go for either pink (coral) or acid/lemon yellow for cardigan and white/cream embellished or slightly different sandals.
