Do you think I should use a face powder if I'm going to be in wedding photographs? Would a MUA always use it? Even on more mature skin? 40+ :-)

Perhaps selectively powder very shiny areas of the face, leaving the areas you usually keep highlighted free of powder, or powder and then use a setting spray to take the matteness out a bit?

I powder nose, forehead and chin and leave cheeks with just highlighter on them

Yep powder forehead, nose and chin.

I'm a MUA and I use the NARS crystal powder. It mattifies but still let's the skin glow. Which sounds contradictory but it does.

The ambient lighting powders are also great for preventing shine but allowing the 'lit from within' look that so many brides want.
