My hair is was naturally very dark brown. I have green eyes and pale skin.
Went through a phase a couple of years ago of having it highlighted (because I'm 52 and conscious of avoiding the Witch look), and liked it for a while but it was getting too blondish for my liking so used a box kit a couple of weeks ago to my original colour (dark auburn). It's now all one colour and frankly on the verge of Witchism.
The reason I stopped getting it done professionally was it was costing over £165 a throw.
Will a hairdresser be able to put lighter streaks in it to break up the dark or will I have to get the whole thing bleached out and start from scratch?
