Can i return swimwear to shop?

I bought a bikini from joules but its too big, i am wondering if i can return it. I tried on over my knickers and the plastic strip is still in place ,

If the plastic strip is still in place and so are the tags, then I expect so - but they might not allow a refund, only an exchange.
