Brown boots if I don't really wear any brown??

Mid fifties woman and I've been looking for shortish boots to wear with normal blue denim skinny jeans and black leggings. Have found these, love them, very comfortable etc: www.overlandfootwear.co.nz/womens-shoes/womens-boots/p6993/c11/colour/Grey#colour=Grey
They come in grey and brown and I would like to buy both, BUT I don't really wear any brown except occasionally a bit of subtle leopard on top or a cardi with multi colours but a bit of brown toning.
They are quite expensive, v. good quality etc but I wonder whether I will get the wear out of the brown ones so please advise

It depends, I wear my brown boots with cream tops or black sometimes (eg black top, black jeans or leggings and a brown bag/boots)...

But if your colour tones are mostly black and grey I'd stick with the grey and if you want two pairs look for a different black or grey pair.
