What going out top to go with a navy pencil skirt?

I have nothing to go with it, lovely skirt but nothing seems to look right on. It is for a meal/drinks out. Any ideas?

I was in there today and saw a lovely red one, but not in my size, sold out online too.

Quite impressed with Oasis.
