Do Zatchels ever dispatch orders?

I ordered and paid for a mini satchel from Zatchels on 18th May. Still no sign of it yet! 2 email replies from customer services to say it will be ready soon but still no bag. Has anyone else ordered from them? It wasn't very expensive but I'd still quite like to get what I've paid for.

The only time I've bought from Zatchels was during one of their sales. It took weeks for them to deliver and their facebook page was filled with unhappy customers looking for their bags. That was about two years ago though so I'd have expected them to have massively improved their customer service by now.

I got bored waiting for my bag to turn up after waiting for 6 weeks so I cancelled it!

Zatchels company has gone bankrupt! I’ve bought bags in November and I’m still waiting for delivery. They don't answer phones or emails anymore. I guess the only option for me is to make a claim against my card provider. No money, no bags, no Christmas gifts for my children! Could you please give me advice what should I do next?

That's terrible. I'd look on Money Saving Expert for advice.

Ah that's a shame but you should be able to get the money back through your credit card company and there's just about time to get replacement gifts for your children. That's all you can do. Did your children definitely want those satchels for Christmas?
