It's been so long since I've bought clothes for myself after having dcs that I'm a bit out of touch.

Im going to a wedding abroad in August and it will be hot. I need a dress but im 5ft and 7 stone so a lot of clothes drown me. Does anyone know of any shops that are mostly small fitting?

Zara and Massimo Dutti are both on the small side, try their XS. Topshop and Asos both do size 6, some size 4 I think.

Shops like Miss Selfridge, Warehouse and H and M. All are designed for the younger end of the market so tend to be cut smaller. Ted Baker is cut quite small I think. I drown in anything by Whistles.

Also worth remembering the brands that have petite lines - Next, Dorothy Perkins, Banana Republic (the latter only if you've ££££s).
