Shopbop.com - anyone bought from them? Any good?

Just that really. What's your experience? They've got a few bits that I like and offer free shipping to the UK, but I've not bought from a US site before and am a bit reticent.

I bought some ash trainers, great service and delivery was quick too.and worked out so much cheaper than buying them here ????

I really like them but have had a couple of issues a few months back. I made a couple of orders and received items but in both orders they had packed someone else's items by mistake, customer service was not brilliant when I asked them best way to return the items. Finally the issued was resolved and they gave me a gift voucher. Generally they are excellent.
