Woke with 2 on my chin, they are huge yellow pulsing things!

How do I best treat/deal with these?

Personally I would but I can't resist a good squeeze They also look the sort not to leave endless red marks.

You need a good salicylic acid product to stop your skin making new ones.

Great just had hot shower and they seemed to have reduced a little so gentle squire it is then, have t had zits on my chin like this for ages

If you want v red skin squeeze them! Get a needle, dip in boiling water then Oxy 10 then gently pop the whitehead. Anything below surface will also come up when you do. Blot with clean tissue. Then apply some spot cream.
