Help clueless re wedding outfit!

Please help me. I am shit at clothes and hate shopping. Have a wedding in cooper of weeks - issue - nasty varicose vein in lower leg and prob too hot for tights! Wtf do I wear?! Don't want to spend loads as don't wear posh stuff often! I am a 12 and tallish 5'9''. Long dress? Help me!

Monsoon for dresses, try everything in your size on and you're sure to find something. And micronet fishnet nude tights, hide a multitude of leg sins and feel cooler than normal tights. At least that's what I've done for the weddings I've been to for the last year!
