Linen trousers, why do they keep changing them?!

Every summer I live in linen trousers, I get them from M&S and Next because they are usually really soft flattering and comfortable. This year once again they've changed them. Now the Next ones no longer have a button just horrible metal things and are scratchy and M&S have done away with their comfy waist band for a more rigid one.

Why do they do this?! Is it just me that gets hacked off every year?

I also wear linen trousers (not a dress/skirt person generally) - and I agree. I'm wearing some I bought from sainsburys last year.

I agree, used to love Next ones, now hate them. This year I bought mine from Monsoon, East and Hobbs. All lovely
