Bras that aren't padded but can still be worn under thin tshirts?

My m&s tshirt bra is v hot in this weather and i would like chest area to look less busty. Can you buy bras that still give a smooth line and minimise embaressment?

I like the seam free bras from Sainsburys, they come with removable pads, look a bit like genie bras.
