Anyone regret getting a boob job ?

Thinking of getting one, all on line searches seem to be full of people saying only regret is not doing it sooner.. But surely some people must have regrets. Or have things go very wrong. I would like to go for it but what if...!?!

Think of the worst possible outcome, do serious research on what can go wrong. If you're happy to take the risk then go for it, otherwise buy a padded bra.

My friend had hers done at 19 and then had them taken out at 20 because she lost weight and thought that they looked too big. She doesn't regret getting them done she just regrets getting them too big.

I have had mine done, and unless you end up with a side effect that are clearly explainedno you hopefully. there isn't much to regret.

The aim is to have bigger boobs...that's what you wake up with .

many people think it will make them premier, it won't you need a uplift for that, so I do know someone who was dissatisfied because she assumed they would perk up

No. Wish I'd done it years ago. Clothes look better, confidence rocketed. Love them !!

They are just the right size for me and very perky and natural looking, I don't need a bra and I'm pushing forty! Well worth the money!

No. But I went with a surgeon who specialised in the natural look and wouldn't go too big for your frame - he would just refuse.

I'm now a 32C from a AAA and love it, they look awesome especially since pregnancy and a bit of weight gain. Got a normal droop like natural boobs which I love - I just wanted breasts!

If you're in London I could recommend him, he's got lots of very happy clients and does breast reconstruction for the NHS too.

2 of my friends regret theirs.
One has a lot of rippling and they look very fake.
The other hates the shape and thinks they are uneven. She won't take her top off around anyone and experiences pain in them frequently.

A lot of rippling is usually due to trying to fit a wider implant that the width of the natural breast - so it ripples up. If all measured correctly, with a high quality implant, it shouldn't occur.

No, but bear in mind they may need replacing at some point. 10 years a further pregnancy with a dose of mastitis thrown in, I have a bit of rippling, im not too bothered at the moment but I will need them redone at some point. But no regrets having them.

I also have a couple of friends with regrets.
One had a rupture/leak the other wishes she never had it done because of prospect of more future surgery.

Most implants are cohesive now so don't leak, except older ones or cheaper ones. When cut in half they look like gummy bears basically. Mine have a lifetime warranty too.

No need for replacements unless anything happens to them, although some surgeons will say you need to replace them after 10 years but I won't of everything is ok.

Hi I first had them done 15 years ago I was flat chested (didn't even fill an A cup) I went up to a C cup, A week or so after the op one of them started to reject, I had it redone and thankfully it took the second time. Good job as the surgeon did say if it rejected a second time he would advise to leave out for about 6 months before trying again. I was so scared I would be left with just one boob! I have heard of this happening to other people.

Even with all the problems though I didn't regret getting it done. I finally had breasts!

I had them redone 3 years ago with an uplift, I had gone up to an F cup whilst breastfeeding so they didn't look the best afterwards plus they recommend having them changed after 10+ years. This time everything went fine, no complications and I have a nice pert pair of DD's

Nope I love them! Obv go for a reputable company/surgeon & do lots of reserch,

I had them done 8 years ago & even though I busted my stitches by returning to work to soon, it was fixed quickly & healed well.

Most have lifetime guarantees now so no need for further surgery down the line.

In all honesty its the best money I've ever spent. My clothes fit & my body is balanced out.

Not for a minute. I have slight rippling and I don't mind it at all. I was a 32 aa and now I'm an E but they look perfectly proportioned on me as I'm tall with very wide shoulders. My sister had to get hers redone after 6 months as the implant dropped too low and she doesn't regret hers either.
