Ok so i got mine. Have flashed all over the bod what now?? When can i go again? What if iv missed bits??

In order: Nothing. Wait at least a week. At this point missed bits probably won't be obvious (unless you're one of the lucky few who start shedding imediately).

Do i just keep shaving in between as norm? How many treatments before you noticed any change?

Keep shaving as needed. I didn't notice much difference for several weeks, then a bit, then suddenly realised one week that I didn't need to shave at all. It varies a lot though - some people get noticable results after one or two treatments.
