Don't want to spend a fortune for a wedding so am thinking about re-accessorising this dress (mine is similar to pic) with maybe a coloured wedge and bag? But what colour?

Has to be a wedge and not too high as I'm useless with heels!

Metallic or coral.

Jungfraujoch · 28/06/2015 10:19

Ooh yes I love coral Worka - thank you. If you see any about let me know! Off to search now.

Haha Shipshape! I have googled and so far don't like any of them - mainly because they're too high!

Is the dress navy or black?
I think yellow/ochre could look nice.

burnishedsilver · 28/06/2015 18:41

Its a lovely dress. Why does it have to be a wedge? Is it for comfort or will you be standing on grass? Personally, I think it would look better with a regular heel.

Jungfraujoch · 28/06/2015 19:09

Pathan,s for comments. Dress is black and white. I thought a medium height wedge because I'm not used to,wearing heels - I'm strictly a flatty girl!

Leech I've looked for yellow but not finding much either!

I'm now wondering whether I could do a black shoe and then a coloured fascinator and matching bag?

You could go for a block heel instead?

What sort of thing do you like / not like - eg strappy or plain, suede or patent?

I think you need something fairly bold and substantial with that dress.

FadedRed · 28/06/2015 20:12

Seeing lots of flowery print shoes/bags in shops at the moment - you could have black or white fascinator/hat dressed with artificial flowers in the hat/bag print colours iyswim

Jungfraujoch · 28/06/2015 20:44

Prob not overly strappy as have wide feet and a baby bunion! I'll check out some block heels!
