If I'm a 32HH what size should I get in a bikini top?

I have always found that bikini tops are a completely different fit to normal bras for some reason - maybe something to do with the fabric?

I measure 32H using MN method but fit 32HH better and I had bravissimo fitting 2 weeks ago who also put me in 32HH. I did have to return the original bras and swap then for a different style as the middle wires came up too high and were rubbing me raw (my boobs naturally want to sit close together) so I think I need to stick to a balconette style.

I just looked on Amazon for bikini tops in my bra size. Works every time for me (30DD/E)

I got my own size in a panache and curvy kate bikini (36GG )

I got my own size in a Freya Active and its perfect.

I'm surprised you all just order your normal size and it's fine. Every time I've done that the band has been too tight and the cups either too big or small. It might be just be the styles I'm going for.

Another that just buys the bra size that I am with no problem. I buy Freya or panache.

I go up a band size with tankinis, but that's to give a bit more room around the belly and reduce the amount of shoulder dislocating contortions I have to do to get them on.

With normal bikinis from decent brands (panache, freya, Curvy Kate I just buy my usual size

Which bra style did you end up with from Bravissimo after you changed it?

bra sized in the same brands - although it is hit and miss sometimes, I have a Freya bikini with 2 different tops, and one was way smaller than the other, so had to exchange it for a size up.

I tend to buy up a band, (and down a cup) because I don't want it as tight as my bra. I find bikinis tighter than bras. Also as a 28-30 back, there's a lot more choice starting at 32. I can't wear all 32s, they can be too loose. Lots of high street start at 32. I have a few Freya, and Fastasie but tbh I am a fickle creature and I go off them after a year so I resent the expense for 1 short summer. I usually find a nice ones in Next each year. Have had Primark too. figleaves when on sale is great.

I ended up with this bra in black and jade. I have previously got on well with freya bras. I think the shape of panache bras aren't suited to me. I had a few Cleo's in the past when I was a FF / G cup but the ones I tried on recently I have had the same problems with the wires sitting too high and wide for me. They are fine until I actually move around and then the wires almost overlap in the middle causing them to rub.

yes the shapes are similar, so if Freya bras fit you better, I would also try Freya or Fantasie bikinis. It's very common that people prefer either Panache/Cleo or Freya/Fantasie, as the bras fit quite differently.

You should be able to make do with a "close enough" fit in a bikini top. Most of the major busty brands should have something in your size - also consider going up to a 34 band and sister size the cup accordingly if you need to.

I wear Panache and Cleo mostly in normal bras, but love Freya and Curvy Kate bikinis.

The Satine is 'compatible' with Freya shapes usually- I'd order any of the current halter neck ones that Bravissimo has in 32H.

The wires crossing in the centre is indicative that the straps sit too widely on your shoulders- they cross as you try to pull them in to stop them falling off.

I am trying to order a bikini and my bra size of a 32H. Should I just stick with the bra size.

Don't know much about them for bikinis. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I ended up going up in the back and down in the cup for a bikini as they aren't as stretchy and there's only 1 choice of fastening @Sonnyj
