has anyone ever fixed a perfume atomiser?

have an Eaue Dynamisante that has given up the ghost and after squirting pathetically now wont squirt at all

she says it could be a CLAarged Vaelve

Take it back.

This has happened to me and I have taken it back to John Lewis and they replaced it.

I also took one back that didn't quite smell right.

I have one prada perfume bought in airport somewhere yrs ago and it stopped working about a day after I got home...I can't even open the sodding thing to decant it

No receipt, but JL are very reasonable like that.

I must've bought 100 bottles of Eau Dynamisante over the last 20 years - it's the only perfume I really like.

RESULT
I took it back to Debenhams. Interestingly the one on the counter DID screw off but my lid didnt.
Anyway the nice lancome woman swapped it over for a brand new one
