my shoes were running my toe thr other day and I've got a patch of really dry cracked skin. I picked a bit last night and it's a bit sore but I really want to footner soon, is it a no no?

I would wait until the sore patch has healed. I used the Footer socks when a blister had not healed completely, and the skin then took a long time to get completely better and was very sore in the interim.

It might sting a bit - I did it Tuesday night, forgot about a scrape on my little toe & it did a bit.

Probably best not to really...probably says somewhere on the packet not to use on broken or irritated skin.

Having seen pictures of what footner is capable of, there is no way in would put it near broken skin! Shock

I didn't think it'd be a good idea, thought I'd ask opinions though, my foot would potentially fall off! Grin
