Strapless or halterneck bra for DD+

Jakadaal · 25/06/2015 18:21

I have bought a couple of halterneck dresses for summer and need a good supportive comfortable bra. I am a 36FF in Bravissimo or a 38E elsewhere and a size 16/18 on top. I have tried a few options on today but the back band just rolled down into a tiny lump at the back and were so uncomfortable.
Any recommendations gratefully received! Budget about £40

The ultimo one that is meant to work like two hands (Blush) - it's v good (I'm a 32G)

I'm the same size as you and have found some in Asda of all places! I also have one from m&s.

This Wonderbra is amazing. I wore it with my wedding dress and it kept me in place all day and was really comfortable.

I've recommended to so many people and they all love it.

Thanks for the suggestions. I have tried the wonder bra one but struggled to get it on by myself and I ended up all hot and bothered so gave up! I might need to try again Wink
I will have a look in Asda. I have anM&s one that is more like a bandeau style but did the job apart from the wires sticking into the fat overhanging the sides of the bra

The Wonderbra is great, but the sizing can be a bit off so try on sizes around your normal - up a back, up and down a cup etc.

the best i've found is a Fauve Rosa. it stays put and doesn't dig in at the sides by the boning like the Ultimo or Panache ones i have.

Jakadaal · 25/06/2015 19:33

I like the look of the fauve Rosa. Off shopping tomorrow again so with the wonder bra and also the other suggestions

Wonderbra, is the only comfortable strapless that has worked for me with a large bust, it is brilliant!
