Would you return a top if this happened?

I bought a top from Witchery which is a pretty nice, expensive Aussie clothing shop.
Paid $80 (£40). Wore it once, washed it according to care instruction (cold hand wash)
And the blue colour has run into a white panel so it's all splotchy. It's not over let noticeable but I can see it and it's annoying.
Would you return this and ask for a refund?

Yes, I would I wouldn't expect that to happen if I had followed the care instructions.

Yes I would especially if I still have the receipt. I am in Australia & know that shop so you would expect good quality. They shouldn't quibble if you have the receipt.

Thanks guys. They did quibble and accuse me of washing it incorrectly but I stood my ground and got a refund :)
