J Crew sizes

I'm normally a size 8 / XS ... does anyone have experiencing of ordering from the J Crew website and know how their sizes stack up? I have looked at their size comparison chart but would like to know whether it is a good guide or not. Thank you

Pretty true to size, in my experience.

I find their trousers and jeans true to size though tops I find large. I'm a UK 10 and I usually get a size US4 or XS and they fit well. If I want a loser fit I get S or US6.
