Which makeup look with this dress for tonight?

I'm wearing this dress tonight. Usually I would do pinup makeup but I wear that all the time and am feeling a bit bored of it. I really fancy doing a smokey eye and black makes my blue eyes look great.

DO you think I should go for

a) Classic pin up look with matte eye-shadow, winged eyeliner and red lips.

Or

b) sexy black smokey eye with glossy nude pink lips.

If you fancy doing something different, do it.

Smokey eye but with Matt red lip rather than pink gloss. Minimal jewellery and dark red nails. Very va va vroom

I can't do red lips with a smokey eye. That's the makeup equivalent of wearing a low cut top and a mini skirt .
