help - silk scarf

I'm trying to find a silk scarf to buy for my friend. She's really into her fashion and loves scarfs so I thought a nice silk scarf would be perfect. Problem is, I know nothing about designers / brands and if I'm spending a lot of money I don't want to buy the wrong brand.
She's turning 40 and her style would be a little edgey I guess - like I said, I'm clueless. Any tips for appropriate brands? Budget around £100 - more if necessary. Thanks

I'm not really into the traditional designer brands I prefer to shop at smaller companies for something more individual. My favourite scarf company is a Peace Treaty ethical fashion and beautiful scarves. I have four silk ones and 3 cotton ones and their quality is excellent.

They have a few silk scarves in their sale, only problem is they are based in the US so postage is quite high.

Wow Zara, thank you so much. There are some really gorgeous scarves there. I'm not sure I've enough time to order from the US but if I don't come up with anything else I think I'll take my chances. Thanks again
