Louboutins - can I walk in them?!

I only wear small heels at work where I sit down a lot Grin
My boyfriend is on about his little fantasy about seeing me in Louboutins. Leaving aside that he needs to check the clichés at the door...
Are they just the same as other heels to walk in (I.e. Treacherous!) or does all that money and design produce something with a loafers type comfort?!

Opinions gratefully received! Thank you :)

I love toe-cleavage and it's usually a contributing factor into if I decide to buy a pair of shoes. (It's also the only cleavage I show these days!) I think a shoe that's cut low on the vamp, shows lots of toe cleavage and the shoe itself is pointed, lengthens the leg. Out of everything I wear, my shoes are usually the thing most people, men in particular comment on.

Yes, Aquazzura are pricey, and what I bought myself for my birthday this year. My other two pair were bought from Vestiaire Collective for half the retail price. I mostly wear flat shoes but once in a while only heels will do, and they need to be super comfortable and fit like a glove!

85mm loubies are comfy any higher I find hurt.
My valentino rockstuds are super high, but so comfy I feel I could go hiking in them!

Valentino Rockstuds is just a whole new language for me! Off to google...

He likes them, he buys them...

Cabrinha · 19/06/2015 17:39

He already offered. Sadly the chip on my shoulder men buying me things results in me rolling eyes and saying "I'm not a Barbie Doll, I buy my own shoes". Then sending him a photo of Louboutin's most flamboyant men's shoes, and asking him to be my Ken Doll.

Frankly, I'm amazed he wanted a second date Grin

Not very feminist I know but Envy at a man who wants to buy you Louboutins after one date!

Cabrinha · 19/06/2015 21:29

It was a very good first date Grin
And we had texted a lot beforehand. Including me taking the piss about him picking the wrong girl (online dating) if his thing is heels - I live in Converse Smile
Tbf, he didn't say "come to the shops now, I am buying you sex shoes". He said "if I buy them, will you wear them?"
That's when I told him I wasn't a Barbie Doll and could buy my own sex shoes, thank you.
I do like him a lot though Grin

They are hideously uncomfortable. Try Jimmy choo or Aruna Seth who make well balanced shoes.
