What top with this skirt?

I have a very fancy wedding to go to soon and need help with an outfit!

I'd love a nice top - I'm quite busty and a size 12. Would prefer to have sleeves of some kind. Will probably wear with a jacket of some sort. Budget is around £50.

I'd be tempted to let the fantastic skirt have it's moment and go for something simple.
