So! Having been successfully intervened many moons ago. I now need to help a friend who is fed up of my preaching and needs an intervention herself. She is 29 under the boobs and 32.5 bent over. Not an ounce of fat,

She is v slim and slightly pigeon chested as in v prominent breast bone.any advice on sizes/styles?

Sounds like a 28/30C, more likely to be a 30 given the lack of squidge.

I'd say start with 30B/C and work from there. The breast bone will probably mean you will have to try a lot of bras to find one where the wire sits comfortably for her.
