Clinique City block 40 - is it enough?

I started using this in winter and loved it but was wondering if it enough protection for out and about in the summer (obv not sunbathing)?

I use it for day to day in summer - but something stronger if I'm sunbathing as you say.

I have used it for years and unless it is very, very hot it has been fine.

I read that you don't get any extra benefit from anything above spf30, but you do need to just make sure you are using enough of it i.e. use generously.

I used it on holiday in Florida, and didn't have any problems.
