I think I want to buy a IPL machine, can anyone recommend one

I think I'm going to be brave and buy an IPL thingy machine. I'm sick of my green chin . Will it work on all that fine shitloads of it though peach fuzzy hair all over my bloody face?

I've got loads of fine hair all over my body too, years of epilating means that my hair is fine, but it's black and there is loads of it. My skin colour is olive.

I'm hoping to use it head to toe! So perhaps I need something heavy duty!

Any recommendations or hints would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance
