Bra size help please!

I need a new bra in a hurry (don't own a white one and need one to go with new top), I'm currently wearing a Freya 36F. Its a perfect fit in the cup size but too tight on the back size. Do I need 38E or 38F please? Thanks

In theory 38E. That said, often being too small in the cup can actually pull the back and make the back feel too tight (it's odd but true( so you might want to try a 36FF in case that's actually the problem

Are you sure you need a white one? If your top's white a nude one would be better.
