Loose powder recommendations please

I'm nearly out of Corn Silk. It did the job ok, and I might buy it again, but it didn't 'wow' in the way that others on here have found.
I'm very fair with cool toned skin, just looking for something under £15 to finish my base off. Something slightly illuminating would be nice.
I've got normal skin if that helps, neither oily nor dry.
Suggestions please

No 7 is nice. Bourgeois do an illuminating one in a green tub but it's a tad too glittery for me, nice as a highlight though.

No 7 looks good. There's a fair few complaints in the reviews on boots.com about the packaging? What's the story there?
