Hairstyles for speccies

I get fed up with hairstyle photos! No one wears glasses?? But of a AIBU, I wear dark-framed spex all the time; I cannot wear contacts for various reasons; watch makeover shows hoping to see pre and post pix with spex on, but why does a makeover for a speccy always involve changing to contacts?

Any advice re hairstyles ? Fringe or not, long or short , how do I find a style that might suit if I can't find any inspiration as mags all show models without glasses. I like lots of styles, but add spex and it goes wrong!

I went on Pinterest and searched "short hair specs" and similar combinations.

I wear glasses too and I choose not to have a fringe, otherwise my face looks a bit 'crowded' I think...

Avoid fringes.

Oddly, having had a fringe for years, I am trying my best to grow it out a bit. I find though that as I have a long face, a long fringe makes me look like a witch! Usually, I let it grow out a bit until I get cross having to pull it away out of my face all the time and then cut it again!

Mine is growing out too. It looks okay if it's layered through a bit rather than looking like a pair of curtains. I also clip mine back. I wear specs and was totally fed up with the fringe vs specs look Confused

I have a fringe. Slightly side swept. I much prefer it.

I have a side fringe. I look like a knob with a grown out fringe.
