My MIL is returning to work after a 5yr break, and has an interview with a national counseling service. She needs interview clothes. She is a curvy size 10-12, petite (about 5'1"). Budget £100, ideally to include low court shoes. I was thinking a dress and blazer? Not trousers. Ideas and inspriation pls, style gurus!

F&F for Tesco do some amazing workwear clothing within your budget.

Also Asda and Matalan do reasonable workwear dresses and jackets.

This might be useful if she is in the right part of the UK?

She'll need to try on the jacket to make sure it doesn't swamp her or strain at the button (so many petite ranges only do jackets with one button!)

How about a dress with sleeves instead eg this?

TK Maxx dress is nice but I think black may a bit deadening as she is over 60 and doesnt wear make up. Smart works are a great charity - I have donated clothes to them myself, but she isnt in the right part of the country to benefit.
