I had some thin sections of my hair bleached with foils( don't know the technical name) and since then it's condition is awful its dry knotty and frizzy I hate it. Please recommend some products / ideas to help ????

Kerastase intensive masques are great but quite expensive. As a stop gap when I was broke and didn't want to spend the money, a sachet of Frizz Eaze intensive protein masque from Boots, it was really good, transformed it in 20 minutes or so. I have tried coconut oil, didn't do much for me.. olive oil/eggs are supposed to be good too.

Aphogee 2-step protein treatment: it's miraculous!

I use moroccanoil moisture repair shampoo and conditioner, it's colour safe and left my hair really soft, I've just had mine blonde ombre so mines not in the best condition either. I got 500ml duo for £36 off look fantastic I think it was

I find good old Aussie conditioner very good.

Are you washing your hair every day?

Kaspar19 · 07/06/2015 16:36

Try a leave in product such as the Aussie creams or sprays. It's the only way I could get a comb through it when this was done to mine.

Tried the Aussie stuff no good. No usually wash hair every 2-3 days.

Coconut oil

Kaspar19 · 07/06/2015 22:15

Ooh yes! The frizz ease mask is amazing.

DreamingOfTheBeach · 07/06/2015 22:16

I second coconut oil.
I tried it recently, you buy it in solid form but it melts at skin temperature.
Rub on your hair and leave for at least two hours then wash out
It has made a big difference to my hair.
It can also be used on the skin and for cooking.
A great versitile product!
